1Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

2Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use the Services. This minimum age is strictly enforced for all users accessing the Platform from Indonesia. xe77 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is accessible to residents of Indonesia. However, you acknowledge that Indonesian domestic law regarding online gambling is legally ambiguous. xe77 operates under an international gaming license and is not subject to Indonesian domestic gambling legislation. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with any applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

2.3 Exclusions

The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an Account:

• Individuals under the age of 21.
• Employees, officers, directors, contractors, or agents of xe77 or any of its affiliates.
• Immediate family members of xe77 employees residing in the same household.
• Persons who have previously been self-excluded from the Platform or had an Account closed for violation of this Agreement.
• Persons located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by enforced legislation.

3Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

3.2 Registration Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your national identity document / KTP).
• Date of birth.
• Valid email address.
• Indonesian mobile phone number.
• Residential address within Indonesia.
• Preferred withdrawal bank account details (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or other supported banks).

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. xe77 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA). You must notify xe77 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. xe77 will not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.

3.4 Account Currency

All Accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). xe77 does not support multi-currency accounts. All deposits, wagers, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed exclusively in IDR.

4KYC & Verification

4.1 Mandatory Verification

All Users must complete KYC verification before making their first withdrawal. xe77 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any point during the Account lifecycle. Until verification is complete, withdrawal limits may apply.

4.2 Required Documents

• Proof of Identity: Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) — clear, unobstructed photo or scan of both sides.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government document issued within the last three (3) months showing your full name and residential address.
• Selfie Verification: A photograph of you holding your KTP alongside your face in good lighting.
• Payment Method Verification: Screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the bank account used for deposits.

4.3 Processing Time

KYC verification is typically completed within 1 to 24 hours of document submission. During Indonesian public holidays (including Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and Indonesian Independence Day on 17 August), processing may extend to 48 hours. You will receive an email and SMS notification upon approval or if additional documents are required.

4.4 Consequences of Failed Verification

If xe77 is unable to verify your identity satisfactorily, we reserve the right to restrict your Account's deposit and withdrawal capabilities, suspend betting activity, or permanently close your Account. Any real-money balance held at the time of closure (net of any bonus funds) will be returned to the verified payment method on file, subject to applicable checks.

5Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Deposit Methods

xe77 accepts deposits via the following methods:

• Bank Transfers: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

5.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit is Rp 50,000. There is no fixed maximum deposit; however, xe77 reserves the right to apply enhanced due-diligence checks on deposits exceeding Rp 50,000,000 per transaction. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Account holder's own name.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

To submit a withdrawal request, you must:

• Have completed KYC verification.
• Have met all applicable wagering requirements on any Bonus Funds in your account.
• Withdraw to a payment method that matches the name on your Account.
• Submit a minimum withdrawal of Rp 100,000.

5.4 Processing Times

Withdrawal requests submitted between Monday and Friday during Working Hours are typically processed within 1–6 hours. Requests submitted outside Working Hours, on weekends, or on Indonesian public holidays will be processed on the next available working day. xe77 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your bank may apply its own transfer fee (typically Rp 5,000–Rp 10,000).

6Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers extended by xe77 are subject to this Agreement and any specific terms published alongside the relevant promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence over this clause.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus Funds carry a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount. Only real-money wagers placed on eligible games contribute toward wagering requirements. Contribution rates by game type are as follows:

• Slots: 100% contribution.
• Live casino table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack): 20% contribution.
• Sports betting (single bets, minimum odds 1.50): 100% contribution.
• Sports betting (mix parlay — accumulator wagers combining multiple legs): 100% contribution.
• All other games not listed: 0% contribution unless explicitly stated.

6.3 Bonus Validity

Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements must be fulfilled within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited, unless the specific promotion states a different validity window. Unfulfilled Bonus Funds will be removed from your Account automatically upon expiry.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

xe77 monitors all accounts for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, use of multiple accounts to claim a promotion multiple times, and coordinated group exploitation of bonus terms. xe77 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, withhold associated winnings, and close Accounts where bonus abuse is identified.

6.5 Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings generated through Bonus Funds is capped at 10x the original bonus amount.

7Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are accepted at xe77's sole discretion. A bet is not confirmed until the Platform issues a unique bet reference number and the corresponding amount is deducted from your Account balance. xe77 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason.

7.2 Voided Bets

Bets may be voided by xe77 if:

• The relevant event is cancelled, abandoned, or rescheduled beyond 48 hours.
• Odds were offered in error due to a manifest pricing mistake.
• A technical error resulted in an incorrect market being displayed.
• Match-fixing or irregular betting patterns are identified for the relevant event.

7.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts are displayed within each game or market interface. xe77 may apply individual account-level limits based on account history, KYC status, or risk assessment outcomes. These limits will be communicated to the affected User via email or in-account notification.

7.4 Payout Rules

Winnings from sports betting are calculated based on the odds displayed at the time a bet is accepted. For live casino and slot games, payouts are determined by the applicable game rules and certified RNG outcomes. All settlement decisions made by xe77 are final once the relevant result has been confirmed.

8Responsible Gaming

xe77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Users are encouraged to make use of the following self-management tools, accessible from their Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Cap your net losses over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict individual session duration to between 1 and 6 hours.
• Reality Check Reminders: Receive on-screen notifications at configurable intervals.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently suspend your Account for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent closure.
• Self-Assessment Quiz: Access a confidential problem gambling assessment tool in your Account settings.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xe77 Platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities.

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Circumventing IP restrictions or geographic access controls via VPN, proxy, or similar technology.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players, including the use of chip-dumping strategies in poker or table games.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage; any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting patterns or strategies systematically designed to exploit bonus terms.
• Attempting to hack, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure of the Platform.
• Sharing Account credentials with any third party or allowing others to use your Account.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the xe77 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, domain name, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of xe77 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform's content without prior written consent from xe77. Unauthorized use constitutes infringement and may result in legal action.

11Limitation of Liability

11.1 Service Availability

xe77 strives for continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, third-party service failures, or force majeure events. xe77 will not be liable for any losses resulting from platform downtime.

11.2 Betting Outcomes

All gambling involves financial risk. xe77 accepts no liability for losses arising from betting or gaming activity. You acknowledge that you participate in all games and wagers at your own risk, and that past performance or outcome patterns carry no predictive value for future results.

11.3 Maximum Liability Cap

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xe77's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from this Agreement — regardless of the form of action — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the three (3) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless xe77, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of this Agreement, your use of the Platform, or any violation of applicable law by you.

12Suspension & Termination

12.1 Suspension by xe77

xe77 may suspend or close your Account at any time without prior notice if there are reasonable grounds to believe you have breached this Agreement, provided false information, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where required by our licensing obligations. During a suspension, pending withdrawals and real-money balances will be held pending investigation.

12.2 Account Closure by User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any remaining real-money balance (net of bonus funds and subject to KYC verification) will be returned to your verified payment method within five (5) Working Days.

12.3 Dormant Accounts

An Account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, or wagering activity). xe77 may apply a monthly dormancy fee of Rp 50,000 to dormant accounts until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by logging in. Users will be notified by email 30 days before any dormancy fee is applied.

13Governing Law

This Agreement and any disputes arising from or related to your use of the xe77 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which xe77 holds its international gaming license. By accepting these Terms, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled through our internal dispute resolution procedure.

If you are a resident of Indonesia, you acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to the Indonesian Public Gambling Act 1867 and related domestic legislation. You accept sole responsibility for assessing and complying with any legal obligations that apply to you personally under Indonesian law. xe77 makes no warranty that the use of this Platform is lawful in any specific jurisdiction.

14Amendments

xe77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via the email address registered on your Account and via a prominent on-site notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the changes.
